Contact Us
Questions, corrections, feedback or partnership enquiries: here is how to reach the editorial team behind Northwest Jackpots, what we can help with, and how quickly you should expect a reply.
How to reach us
The simplest way to contact the team is the contact form linked in the site footer, which delivers your message directly to the editorial inbox. The form asks for a name, an email address and a short message, and it is the route we check most consistently. If you use the form, please put the page or guide you are writing about in the first line of your message so it can be routed quickly.
Write to us in English where possible, as the whole team works in English. Messages in other languages are still read, but replies may take longer while we translate them. There is no telephone line: the site is run by a small editorial team, and a written record of every conversation helps us keep track of corrections and follow-ups.
If you are writing on behalf of an operator, a PR agency or an affiliate network, use the same form and include your organisation and the specific page you are enquiring about in the subject line. Generic press releases sent without context are unlikely to receive a reply.
Response times
As a matter of policy, we aim to acknowledge every message within two working days and to give a full reply within five working days. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Messages received on a Friday afternoon or over a bank holiday weekend are treated as arriving on the next working day.
Correction requests about factual content are treated as priority and are usually answered within three working days, because accuracy matters more to us than any other part of the site’s work. Complex enquiries, such as detailed partnership proposals, may take longer, and if so we will tell you that in our acknowledgement rather than leave you waiting in silence.
If you have not heard back within the stated window, send the message again rather than assuming it was received. Form submissions occasionally fail silently, and a duplicate is always better than a lost enquiry.
What we can help with
The team will act on factual corrections, out-of-date information and unclear explanations anywhere in the guides. If a page states something that conflicts with a regulator’s own published material, or if a figure no longer matches the terms an operator publishes, we want to know. Please include a link to the source you believe is correct, as this speeds up verification enormously.
We also welcome suggestions for topics that are not yet covered, feedback on whether a guide was genuinely useful, and reports of broken links or pages that render incorrectly in your browser. Reader feedback has shaped several of the safer-gambling explainers, and we treat it as part of the editorial process rather than an afterthought.
Questions about how the site funds itself, how reviews are scored and how affiliate relationships work are all in scope. The how-we-are-paid page explains the commercial model in detail, and we are happy to expand on anything it leaves unclear.
What we cannot help with
The team is editorial, not a gambling operator, and we have no accounts, balances or transactions at any casino. We cannot recover lost deposits, reverse withdrawals, unlock accounts, override self-exclusion or intervene in a dispute between a reader and an operator. If you have a complaint about a Gambling Commission licensed operator, escalate it through that operator’s own complaints process first and then to an independent alternative dispute resolution body, as the regulator’s consumer pages set out. For operators with no GB licence, no equivalent route exists, which is one reason this site treats offshore operators with caution.
We cannot provide gambling advice on individual bets, predict outcomes or recommend specific games to play. We also cannot give financial, legal or medical advice. If gambling is causing harm, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is free, confidential and available around the clock, and GamCare and BeGambleAware both offer further support. Please contact those services rather than us, as they are equipped to help and we are not.
Finally, we will not publish or respond to requests that would help anyone circumvent Gamstop, a blocking tool or a self-exclusion register. Self-exclusion exists to protect people, and this site will never undermine it.
Partnership enquiries
Operators, studios and affiliate networks can use the contact form for commercial enquiries. Be aware that commercial relationships never influence rankings, scores or the conclusions of a guide; the how-we-are-paid page explains the separation between commercial and editorial work. We publish no paid placements and accept no payment for changing a score, so enquiries framed as advertising opportunities should come with realistic expectations about what is and is not for sale.
Data providers, academics and journalists researching the UK gambling market are also welcome to get in touch. The team is generally happy to explain methodology, sources and the assumptions behind modelled figures, all of which are stated on the pages themselves.
